Vantis Leads LLC — Terms of Service & Lead Guarantee Policy

By purchasing any lead product or service from Vantis Leads LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Lead Guarantee Policy.
1. Parties & Agreement
This Terms of Service Agreement is entered into between Vantis Leads LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“Vantis Leads,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the individual or business entity purchasing services (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).
By completing a purchase, signing a service agreement, or verbally agreeing to services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms in this Agreement.
2. Services Offered
Track A — Lead Generation Products:
- Pay Per Lead (PPL): Individual leads delivered at a fixed per-lead price
- Monthly Lead Packages: Fixed volume of leads delivered monthly at a discounted per-lead rate
- Full Funnel Retainer: We build and operate a custom paid ad funnel on your behalf, delivering leads from your dedicated funnel
- Appointment Setting: We call your leads, qualify them, and book appointments directly onto your calendar
Track B — AI & Organic Growth Stack:
- AI Starter: 24/7 AI receptionist, appointment booking, SMS follow-up, CRM sync ($999/mo)
- AI Growth: Everything in Starter plus managed ad funnel, landing page, and email drip ($1,997/mo)
- AI Pro: Everything in Growth plus full SEO website, blog content machine, social media ($3,997/mo)
- AI Dominator: Everything in Pro plus PR outreach, competitor backlinks, dedicated strategist (niche-adjusted)

3. Lead Verification Standards
All leads undergo multi-layer verification before delivery:
Layer 1 — Phone Verification:
Every phone number is verified as active and currently in service. Disconnected, invalid, or unverifiable numbers are excluded before delivery.
Layer 2 — Email Verification:
Email addresses are verified via SMTP verification. Hard bounces and invalid domains are excluded. Catch-all domains are flagged accordingly.
Layer 3 — Business Verification:
Business is confirmed as actively operating, within the contracted niche, not already a Vantis Leads client, and passed against the National Do Not Call Registry.
Layer 4 — Data Enrichment:
Owner or decision-maker name, address, Google rating, review count, and website presence are captured where available.
Lead Scoring:
- Score 9–10 (On Fire): Phone verified + email verified + owner name + high engagement signals
- Score 7–8 (Hot): Phone verified + email found + business confirmed active
- Score 5–6 (Warm): Phone verified + business confirmed, email unverified
- Score 1–4 (Cold): Basic business data only
4. Lead Exclusivity & Precision Lead Matching
Lead Exclusivity Guarantee:
Every lead delivered to you is sold exclusively to you and only you. We never resell, redistribute, or share the same lead with any other client — ever. Exclusivity applies at the individual lead level. Multiple businesses within the same niche and market area may be Vantis Leads clients simultaneously — this does not affect exclusivity, as each client receives entirely different leads matched to their specific profile.
Precision Lead Matching:
Before your first lead is delivered, we complete a Client Profile Intake covering your ideal customer, service area, average ticket value, monthly capacity, and any lead types you wish to exclude. Every lead is then matched against your profile before delivery.
5. Lead Replacement Guarantee
Vantis Leads 30-Day Replacement Guarantee: If a lead fails to meet our verified standards, we replace it — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to all Pay Per Lead and Monthly Package purchases.
What Qualifies for Replacement:
Phone Number Issues:
- Number is disconnected or out of service at time of delivery
- Number belongs to a different business or individual than represented
- Number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry
Email Address Issues:
- Email address returns a hard bounce immediately upon first send
- Email domain does not exist or has been decommissioned
Business Validity Issues:
- Business is confirmed closed or permanently suspended
- Business is not in the contracted niche
- Business is outside the contracted geographic service area
- Business is already an existing client of the purchasing Client
Duplicate Leads:
- Exact duplicate of a lead previously delivered within the past 90 days (matched by phone number or business name + city)
Replacement Terms:
- Replacements provided on a 1-for-1 basis
- Delivered within 5 business days of an approved request
- Replacement leads meet the same verification standards as original leads
- Not redeemable for cash or credit against future purchases
6. Replacement Request Process
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 30 days of original lead delivery date
- Email: [email protected]
- Subject: Lead Replacement Request — [Your Name] — [Date of Purchase]
- Include: Lead name, phone number, date delivered, reason for replacement
- Attach supporting documentation where applicable
- We review within 2 business days and notify you of approval or denial
- Approved replacements delivered within 5 business days
7. Exclusions from Replacement Guarantee
The following do not qualify for replacement:
Client-Side Failures:
- Lead did not answer the phone — non-answer is not a defective lead
- Lead was not interested in purchasing — interest level is not guaranteed
- Client failed to contact the lead within 72 hours of delivery
- Client lost the deal during the sales process
Soft Bounces:
- Temporary email delivery failures do not qualify
- Emails filtered to spam by the recipient do not qualify
- Low open rates or no reply does not qualify
Changed Circumstances:
- Business closed after lead was delivered and verified
- Phone number changed or disconnected after delivery
Full Funnel Retainer Leads:
- Leads from managed funnels represent real consumer inquiries but conversion is not guaranteed
- Ad performance optimization is provided instead of replacements
8. Payment Terms
Pay Per Lead: Payment due in full prior to lead delivery. Accepted via Stripe (credit card, debit card, ACH).
Monthly Packages: First month due prior to first lead delivery. Auto-renews monthly. Cancel with 7 days written notice before renewal date. No refunds for partial months.
Full Funnel Retainer: Setup fee due prior to funnel build. Monthly management fee billed on same date. 90-day minimum commitment. Ad spend beyond included budget billed at cost.
Appointment Setting: Monthly fee billed at start of each month. Month-to-month.
Late Payments: Accounts more than 7 days past due will have lead delivery paused. Accounts more than 30 days past due will be referred to collections. Vantis Leads reserves the right to charge 1.5% monthly late fee on overdue balances.
9. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
- Contact all delivered leads within 72 hours of delivery
- Not resell, transfer, or share delivered leads with any third party
- Not use delivered leads for any purpose other than their own sales and marketing
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws including TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act
- Provide accurate information regarding their business and niche at time of purchase
- Notify Vantis Leads within 48 hours if a delivered lead requests do-not-contact status
10. Limitation of Liability
Vantis Leads LLC’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client in the 30 days preceding the claim. Vantis Leads LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
11. No Guarantee of Results
Vantis Leads LLC makes no guarantee regarding conversion rates, close rates, revenue generated, or return on investment. Results depend heavily on the Client’s sales process, follow-up speed, pricing, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, pricing, client data, lead data, and business methodologies confidential. This obligation survives termination for 2 years.
13. Termination
Client Termination: Monthly packages cancellable with 7 days written notice. Full Funnel Retainer and Agency tier agreements have 90-day minimum commitment. Pay Per Lead purchases are final.
Vantis Leads Termination: We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for non-payment, breach of obligations, fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable law.
14. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in New York, New York. Class action waiver applies — Client waives any right to participate in a class action against Vantis Leads LLC.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
